PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANT

Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoices tenants in country and out of the country makes sure all reconciliations are done on time.
  • Prepares payments for levies and other administrative request
  • Liaises with the bank for payments and acquittals
  • Prepares cost analysis and invoices for requested quotes
  • Follows-up on shipments and updating clients
  • Procures items for teas, stationery, office improvements and building renovations
  • Organises office functions
  • Creates purchase orders and emails statements to the clients
  • Attends to phone calls
  • Follow up on tenancy rentals and buying services outstanding invoices
  • Debtors Reconciliations of all tenants and buying services accounts
  • Tracking of buying services invoicing

 

  • ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/TRAINING REQUIRED
  • 2 A Levels
  • Degree in Accounting /Business Administration
  • Diploma in Real Estate Management
  • Diploma or Degree in Purchasing/ Business Administration and Management

ACCA

  • 3 years’ experience
