Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options
- Knowledge of courier/freight/transport business operations will be an added advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant bachelor’s degree e.g. Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3 years’ experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Class 4 driver’s licence a must
