Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
  • Plan for the achievement of divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
  • Recommend service and product enhancement
  • Ensure the delivery of targets
  • Meet with customers to discuss their needs
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in region
  • Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance
  • Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
  • Organize training for new staff
  • Prepare regular reports and conducting meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
  • At least 3 years managerial experience in sales within FMCG Industry
  • Budget development
  • Market knowledge
  • Highly goal oriented
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Profitability management
  • Ability to manage records and information
  • Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
