Our client in the Tourism and Hospitality industry is looking for a Lodge Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the provision of guest service standards to established policy and industry standards
  • Managing guests’ relations
  • Ensures efficient running of the Food and Beverage function all the time
  • Supervises finances and inventory for the lodge
  • Reconciling the day’s takings and expenditure
  • Supervises lodge personnel
  • Manages housekeeping and lodge maintenance activities
  • Managing relations with external stakeholders
  • Carry out marketing and sales activities for rooms, conventions, banquets, and conferences
  • Ensures security of lodge, guests, and staff
  • Preparation of reports for senior management


  • Exceptional Food and Beverage knowledge
  • Ability to manage lodge finances
  • High standards of service excellence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of honesty and integrity.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent reporting and report writing skills
  • Excellent record and information management ability
  • At least 1-year supervisory experience
  • A Diploma in Hotel and Catering or equivalent
